From an audio file

Create TTRPG Session notes from an audio file

Add the audio file from your game. VoLog first prepares the transcript and full note for your review, then the session summary, session report, and details you need for the next game.

  • First Session free
  • Cost shown before confirmation
  • File deleted after processing

Three steps to revisit your game

You stay in control of the file, the cost, and the content that is prepared.

    Review the duration and cost

VoLog checks the file and shows the cost before you confirm creation.

Know the cost before creation

Your first session created from Discord or an audio file is free.

100 VoLog Credits = 1 hour of audio. The cost of later sessions is calculated from the duration and shown before confirmation.

The audio file remains a temporary source

VoLog deletes its copy of the file after processing. The providers used for transcription do not retain the audio sent to them. Keep your original until the transcript is complete.

Your notes start with the file you already have

Add it, review the cost, then approve the full note before preparing the next game in your campaign.
